    Refund Process
    Initiating a Refund Request:

  • Once your refund request is approved, ship the product to our designated return address:

    Inspection and Approval:

  • If approved, we’ll notify you and process the refund.

Refund Timeline:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
    Non-Refundable Items:
  • Customized or personalized shoes.
  • Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as part of a clearance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
    Shipping Costs for Refunds:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with respect of videographic evidence while opening the parcel.
